Joan M. Harrison, age 77, of Yankton, passed away early Monday, August 26, 2013, at the South Dakota Human Services Center, Yankton, SD. Graveside services will be 9:00 AM, Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at the Yankton City Cemetery, Yankton, with Rev. Paul Opsahl officiating. The Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
