My name is Teresa Hadenfeldt and I was a RN at the Vets home in Norfolk where I was blessed to be able to care for Jim. I worked nights and he always said I made the best 'muddy water' (aka coffee). I would bring boxes of Little Debbie cakes and snacks, we would share a cup of coffee and wisdom of the world in the morning after he was gotten up for the day. I remember when I went to purchase a new car, he was so concerned that I was doing it without my husbands help. He just thought I was being taken advantage of and it made him mad. He made me laugh and he made me cry. I am a better person for having him in my life even for a short time-Thank you for that gift.
