I was so sorry to hear of Dean's passing. I worked with him at First Dakota National Bank in the '90s. He was always pleasant and great to work with. At one of the bank Christmas parties he danced the twist. It was fabulous. Dean will be missed. Blessed be his memory.

My sincere sympathy to the family. I worked with Dean at Security State Bank in Tyndall. We were also customers of Dean's at First Dakota National Bank in Yankton. Dean was easy to work with and was always on top of what his job required of him. Of course, Dean always taught us correct grammar which I still think of him on the proper use of "can" and "may".

I was a student of Dean's while he was in Tyndall. He taught my English and Psychology classes. I very much enjoyed his classes and actually learned something and was better prepared for college. He was one of my favorite teachers. He had a good sense of humor and we had some great discussions in class. He was also my track coach---a role I'm sure he was thrust into but managed to do a good job with as he got us to state. He even signed my yearbook when I was a senior. I am so very sorry to hear of his passing. He touched my life in a very positive way and I will never forget him. My deepest Sympathies. Debra Sokolowski

You were classmates to two of our children and neighbors to my parents. Many great memories of your growing up years and teaching with your dad. Was great to see Ken at Czech Days.
