Kenneth Dean Fischer, age 59 of Yankton, SD passed away on Monday, November 29, 2021 at Avera Sacred Heart Hospital in Yankton. A memorial Celebration of Life for Ken will be held at a later date. The Opsahl-Kostel Funeral Home and Crematory of Yankton is assisting the Fischer family.
