Mary Alice,
I am so sad to hear about the passing of Ken....and yet so joyful at the beautiful and fun-filled life that you and Ken shared.. I miss visiting with you at church and at the Bucks' games. I am joining a Methodist Church down here in Gilbert, AZ this Sunday. I'll dedicate this day to Ken and to my loving husband Barry who's birthday would have been on the 19th. We are blessed women, Mary Alice, to have spent our lives with the man that God chose for each of us. My love to you.

We wish to give you our heartfelt condolences during this sad, yet joyous, time. It's sad that he has passed on and we only have photos to see his twinkle, but it is also joyous to celebrate his life and all the countless gifts he gave to family, friends, strangers and the world. He will always live in your heart, so when you miss him most look into your heart and he will be smiling back.

Lewis, and families,
Sorry to hear about your loss. I remember your Dad fondly. Especially the time we took the air boat ( in "air quotes") out for a maiden voyage on the river. I remember he asked Lewey to "Open it up", to which Lewey replied, " It IS open, Dad.". Many other memories visiting with he and your Mom when we'd stop at the house as high schoolers. My thoughts and prayers will be with you. Take care. Peace. Mark

Mary Alice and family...Brad and are worked with Dr. at Sacred Heart from 1981-1999. We have always said he was one of the best...man and physician. He did my breast cancer surgery and helped me through the process. He had just returned from a vacation and was super busy but when we found out I would need a biopsy and further surgery, he made time for me and he did it graciously. I truly think he was what we should all strive to be. I'm deeply saddened by his passing and will always think of him fondly. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

I met Dr Halverson in 1970 when I started my nursing career at Sacred Heart Hospital. He was a wonderful physician and person. I know he contributed a lot of hours to help others after retiring from his medical practice! That is how I will always remember him, helping others! His work here is done and it's time for him to rest and enjoy his legacy!
