Dear Gail and family,
Ted and I send our condolences at the passing of your Father. His name correctly identified who he was to our Father.
Rest assured that he was respected and will be missed beyond your family. Continued blessings.

My heartfelt condolences to all of Pal's family on the passing of this extraordinary man. Pat & Pal and their family were our neighbors on 15th Street when we first moved to Yankton from Omaha in 1963. I will always fondly remember Pat & Pal together, like salt & pepper, cream & sugar, or the human version of the song, "Heart & Soul." The last time I saw them was - together, of course - helping out with a chicken dinner (or was it BBQ?) fundraiser at Sacred Heart School. Mom was living at Majestic Bluffs by then and asked me to run down to the schoool and grab the two of us a dinner to go. Seeing Pat & Pal there -- as if nothing had changed in the nearly 40 years since I'd left Yankton -- made my day.
Love to all of you!

Very sorry to learn of Pal's passing. Pal would come by our house on Spruce Street and Talk railroad with my dad who spent 53 years with GNR! And he was much involved in refereeing many games I played in the 50's. Condolences to his family from Alabama. RIP Pal!

Our sympathy goes out to the entire family. I wish I would have know he was at Avera Sister James. I would have stopped by to say Hi every time I went up to see Mom. Pal was a wonderful person. Always seemed to be happy go lucky! Our prayers to all of you.

Tom & I send our deepest sympathies to Patty and family. While all who knew Pal will miss him we know no one will miss him more than his family. It is so sad to have to say good-bye to another one of the "greatest generation" who helped shape Yankton into such a good place to grow up and live in. He truly deserved that compliment.
Love and hugs to you all,
Tom & Margaret Holland

Don and I send our prayers to all of you in the loss of Pal. I remember seeing him at our home in Yankton many times having coffee or something else with my Dad. He usually had a big grin on his face and I always enjoyed his hugs! There are so many of Dad's and Pal's friends up there in heaven, I like to picture them having a blast! Mom joined Dad a year ago and I miss Dad and Mom so know how much you will miss him. I send love to all of you. Keep your memories close.
