My condolences to the Sayler and Handel families.
I met Elaine at the very beginning. Elain, Sharon Reiser Hartman and I, all Menno High School classmates, Class of 65 were in the nursery at the same time. I imagine we were a rowdy bunch.
I have many good memories knowing Elaine as we grew up. We got together during church functions, Saturday school, and especially the intensive three-week summer bible school years. We also went through all four years of high school together.
Elaine was always in a good mood, and fun to be around.
